1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 98jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 98jili.club and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the 98jili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use the 98jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 98jili or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 98jili or any regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

98jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 98jili Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 98jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98jili login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 98jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 98jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

98jili is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

98jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 98jili is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification under KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day if submitted during banking hours. 98jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All funds deposited into your 98jili account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited. 98jili complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments, and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

98jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 98jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• 98jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that are not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 98jili Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and independently of any player action or 98jili intervention.

By participating in any game on the 98jili Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each individual game are as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules before playing.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. 98jili will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 98jili will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager may be refunded at 98jili's discretion.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to play games or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in any game, including live dealer games, is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the 98jili Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorization.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using software, tools, or strategies designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 98jili staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Circumventing any security or access control measures implemented by 98jili.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

98jili provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings after login. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 98jili account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 98jili Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform without 98jili's prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the 98jili Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

98jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 98jili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 98jili disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

98jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service. In no event shall 98jili's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 98jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 98jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

98jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 98jili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 98jili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 98jili reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 98jili Platform.

98jili operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

98jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 98jili Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
